Dr. Conrad Vaughan earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life
University's Schools of Chiropractic in Atlanta, Georgia. He received a
Bachelors of Science in Zoology and a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology
from the University of Tennessee. Dr. Vaughan is a graduate of Farragut
High School. He completed internships at Life University's Campus
Clinic, Roswell Street Clinic and Luckie Street Clinic, where he
provided care for the indigent of downtown Atlanta. He is licensed by
the Tennessee Board of Health and has passed all parts of the National
Boards of Chiropractic given by the Board of Chiropractic Examiners. Dr.
Vaughan returned to Knoxville to become one of the staff physicians at
Hosenfeld Chiropractic Associates. Dr. Vaughan is a member of the
American Chiropractic Association, Tennessee Chiropractic Association,
Tennessee Valley Chiropractic Association and Business Network
International. Dr. Vaughan is the team physician for the Knoxville Rugby
Football Club, the 'Possums'. Dr. Vaughan volunteers as a member of the
emergency staff for the Dogwood Invitational gymnastics meets and for
AYSO soccer tournaments.
In Dr. Vaughan's experience he has seen how lack of proper care for the
body causes various conditions to go wrong in the body. He focuses on
lifestyle habits, exercise, proper nutrition, and rest to restore proper
function of the body. Dr. Vaughan teaches his patients to make healthy
choices. He feels the education of the patient is vital to patient
compliance and achieving the overall goal of health. Dr. Vaughan uses
various Chiropractic Techniques, Physical Therapy and Muscle Energy
Techniques.
Dr. Vaughan and his son Bryce regularly attend West Park Baptist Church.
They enjoy playing with trains, drawing and playing games. Dr. Vaughan's
favorite sports to participate in are golf and sand volleyball. |
